Radish Mixed Cold Noodles
A delicious dish with sweet-and-sour taste boiled moocho and cool cold noodle.
4 Doongji Cold Noodle(Chicken Broth)
1 10cm dried kelp
1/2 lemon skin
3 Doongji Cold Noodle(Chicken Broth) seasoning powder
1 bottle of citrus juice (samdasu)
* Sauce: 1/2 cup of broth, 1/2 cup of vinegar, 90g of sugar, 1 Tbsp of salt

- Cut the radish and carrot into 4cm by 1 cm thin slices.
5. Add the seasoning powder to the spring water and mix with the cold noodles. Add prepared *Sauce.
2. Cut the lemon skin into thin slices.
3. Add the dried kelp, sliced lemon skin and carrot into the bottle containing *Sauce ingredients and store the bottle in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Boil the cold noodles.
