1 package Spicy Zha Wang noodles and prepared sauce
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
¼ stick butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
½ cup bread crumbs

Step 2: Boil 2.5 cups of water. Add the noodles as well as the flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 3: While cooking the noodles prepare your sauce in a small pot over low heat (rue) by adding sauce power to 3 tablespoons of water and then ½ stick of melted butter, ¼ cup flour, ½ cup milk. Stir that over low heat until the cheese is fully mixed in and melted and creamy. Turn off heat.
Step 4: Strain the noodles well and place them into a baking dish.
Step 5: Pour the cheesy spice mix over the noodles, covering them well. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well in the dish.
Step 6: Coat the top with bread crumbs or japanese panko and a few more sprinkles of shredded cheese.
Step 7: Bake for 35 minutes uncovered.
Step 8: Take out of the oven and cut into your beautifully cheesy Spicy Zha Wang Mac and Cheese.
