Booking a Tour
Thank you for considering taking a tour with Nongshim America. We appreciate and value your loyalty toward Nongshim; however, at this time we are not accepting tours of our facility.
We are happy to announce that we are making upgrades to our production area and for safety reasons; we will not have any tours during construction. We will be booking tours sometime around November 2011. We look forward to hearing from you then.

Individual visitors and small groups of up to 15 people
Please make a reservation online at least two weeks prior to the tour. Before making a reservation, please read the important information section on Plant Tours. All tours are subject to approval and can be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts. Nongshim America reserves the right to decline or cancel any tour request.
Groups of 16 people or More
Groups of 16people or more are requested to come to the designated plant by a chartered bus where a Nongshim guide will join them. Tours are offered either in English or Korean. Tours can be arranged to start at 10:30 A.M., 1:00 P.M. 1:30 P.M. or 2:00 P.M., and take between 20 to 30 minutes. Please make a reservation online, two weeks to three months prior to the tour. Before making a reservation, please read the important information section on Plant Tours. All tours are subject to approval and can be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts.
Tour Hours
Tuesday - Friday from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Tours are not given on Monday's, Holidays or Weekends.
Due to the high demand, it is not always possible to arrange a tour on the day of your first choice.

Please reserve your tour in advance online or call ahead at (909) 484-1888 for dates on early closings.
Photographs / Mobile Phones
Filming, taking photographs and the using of mobile phones are not permitted in plants.
Smoking / Drinking
Smoking is not permitted in plants. Visitors under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate in tour.
Children
The minimum age to participate in plant tours is eight years. Children aged eight to twelve must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
The above rules are for your own safety. Failure to observe these rules will result in the cancellation of the tour. Nongshim reserves the right to cancel a tour, change tour routes or times for operational reasons. Should a tour be cancelled for the latter reason, we will offer you an alternative date.
