“Baked Bean Chili Shin Ramyun”

 

Baked Bean Chili Shin Ramyun
Experience a whole new twist of ramyun by topping your dish with hearty baked beans and spicy chili sauce.


Ingredient


1 Shin Ramyun
4 grams of seasoning powder
60 grams of minced onion
10 grams of minced garlic
1 gram of parsley powder
8 grams of Cajun powder
5 grams of paprika powder
2 grams of cayenne pepper powder
100 grams of minced beef
18 grams of butter
120 grams of chicken broth (or water)
170 grams of Barilla tomato sauce
60 grams of baked beans (in a can)

Recipe


1. Add salt and pepper into the minced beef and season.
2. Add butter into the pan and once it melts, add the minced beef and cook on medium heat (be careful when adding the minced beef so that it doesn’t clump).
3. Add the minced onion and garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds; after that, add the baked beans and cook on low heat for 1 minute.
4. Add the Cajun powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper powder, and seasoning power and cook for another 30 seconds; add the chicken broth (or water) and let it boil down into half.
5. Add the Barilla tomato sauce and let it boil for 2 minutes.
6. In another pot, boil water and add the noodles into the boiling water for 4 minutes and 30 seconds; once finished, put the noodles in another bowl and add the completed sauce and parsley powder.
