The refreshing taste of soba noodles, right at home!

Soba noodles have been becoming more and more popular for its crisp, clean taste, as well as for its health value. Soba noodles are traditionally made with buckwheat, which is high in vitamin B, and are usually enjoyed cold along with a chilled dipping sauce. Nongshim soba captures even the small details of this popular traditional summer dish, all the way down to the shredded kizami nori seaweed layers that garnish the finest soba noodles. This product is only available in the summer months, so get them while you can!

1. Boil the noodles

Place the noodles in 550 ml (18.5 fl oz) of boiling water, and boil for 4-5 minutes.


3. Mix the soup

Pour the Soup Base and Vegetable Mix into a small bowl and mix with 80 mL (2.5 oz) of water.

2. Strain the noodles

Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water until the noodles are cold and strain well.


4. Enjoy!

Dip the noodles into the dipping sauce and enjoy!
