What is Gamjantang?

Spicy Korean Soup made with pork back-bones, potatoes, perilla seeds, green onions, garlics, and other vegetables and spices.

Cooking Direction – Stove top


 

Step 01.

Boil 500ml (About 2 cups) of water. Add noodles, soup base, and flakes.

Step 02.

Cook for 4minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 03.

Remove from heat. add sauce (Liquid). Mix well and serve.

Cooking Direction – Microwave (1000w)


 

Step 01.

Put soup Base and Flakes into a microwavable bowl. Then add noodles on top. pour 450ml (About 1 3/4 cups) of room temperature water.

Step 02.

Cook for 7 minutes. (When using hot water, cook for 4 minutes.)

Step 03.

Add sauce (Liquid). Mix well and serve
