1 pkg Shin Black noodles (ground up)
2 lbs cut chicken pieces
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2-3 beaten eggs
Parsley, finely chopped for garnish
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2: Grind the ramyun , either by hand or in food processor making it very fine. Take that and place into a large bowl. Add ramyun seasonings, garlic salt, paprika, black pepper.
Step 3: In a shallow bowl crack a few eggs and whisk together
Step 4: Take the chicken pieces and dip them into the egg and then roll into the noodle seasoning, really coating each piece. Place onto a non stick baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked, golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Step 6: Top with fresh chopped parsley
